A Note From Me. . .

For me, hospitality has always been about the people.

Long before Consiére existed, I spent years inside hotels, working alongside teams, building relationships, and witnessing firsthand how transformative the right people can be in the right roles. I also saw the opposite. Talented individuals placed without alignment, culture mismatched, and potential unrealized. It was never a systems issue. It was always a people issue.

In the wake of COVID, the hospitality industry faced unprecedented disruption. Knowledge gaps widened, teams were stretched thin, and hotels needed trusted support quickly and thoughtfully. As I grew Dwyer Consulting Company, it became clear that consulting alone was not enough. Hotels did not just need strategy. They needed people. Exceptional people. Aligned people.

That realization led to Consiére.

Consiére was created to preserve the art of hospitality by putting people first and ensuring professionals are placed where they can truly thrive while hotels are supported by talent that understands their culture, standards, and vision. I believe when people are aligned with the right company and the right role, everything changes. Performance improves, innovation follows, and the guest experience is elevated from the inside out.

This work is deeply personal to me. It is rooted in relationships, trust, and the belief that your network, when nurtured with intention, is your greatest asset. Consiére exists to connect those networks thoughtfully, responsibly, and with care.
