  • We mostly work with boutique, luxury, and independent hotels with group meeting space, but we also have clients with portfolios that include limited service hotels and urban rooms-only hotels.

  • Since our clients are diverse, we have a range of positions from Sales & Events, Operations, and even Executive roles.

    We know each role in a hotel is key to the overall success, so no position is too big or small for us to provide.

  • From the Brooklyn Bridge, to the vineyards of Napa Valley, and the shores of Hawaii, our consultants have filled task force needs coast-to-coast across the U.S.

    If there’s a hotel in need, we’re there!

  • The length of the project ranges on why you’re filling the role.

    Sometimes you’re only covering a maternity leave role for a 3-month stint; other times a hotel might need a longer term commitment of 12 months to assist through an ownership/management change.

  • Great question and we’re glad you asked. We only consider consultants with a minimum of 3 years experience in a managerial role.

    Previous task force experience is preferred, but we do make exceptions based on experience.

  • Task Force consultants are expected to be turnkey and ready to lead from day one. The professionals who thrive in these roles are adaptable, quick to learn, and able to integrate seamlessly into new teams and environments.

  • This depends on the needs of the client and the scope of the role.
    Some positions, (such as sales roles), can be supported remotely. In these cases, one property visit or a virtual onboarding will suffice and then you can begin working from home.

    Other roles, in Events or Operations are more hands-on and require time on property. Think site visits, in-person team development, and on-site leadership support.

  • Consiére serves as your single point of contact, managing all back-end details directly with the hotel.

    You operate as an independent business owner and simply submit an invoice to Consiére for time worked. We handle the rest, ensuring a seamless process so you can stay focused on your project.
