OUR VETTING PROCESS:
We begin with a detailed questionnaire and Discovery call to understand your needs, ensuring we match candidates on both skillset and cultural fit.
Our recruiting team researches and identifies the market’s top 10 potential candidates for targeted outreach.
From there, we narrow it down to the top 3-5 highly qualified candidates by conducting an in-depth pre-screening process based on 20 years of hiring experience.
Every finalist undergoes a thorough reference check process before being presented to you.

RECRUITMENT PROCESS
JOB SOURCING
We have a recruitment team that searches for the ideal candidate you described in our Discovery call, we curate job postings that will attract the candidates you’re seeking, and are immersed in the marketplace for prospective candidates.
CANDIDATE SCREENING
Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and conduct pre-screening video interviews to assess qualifications and knowledge of position.
SHORT-LIST
Identify top candidates and send summary, which includes reason of interest, current compensation, and other preliminary information identified.
REFERENCES
Complete detailed reference checks for the finalist which include two previous supervisors, two direct reports, and two industry professionals.
INTERVIEW SUPPORT
We will orchestrate the interview process (scheduling, traveling, logistics) with your organization and assist with offer as needed.
TALENT MANAGEMENT
Handle all post selection communications with the other candidates to help preserve the integrity of both of our organizations.
