  • We mostly work with boutique, luxury, and independent hotels, but we also have clients with portfolios that include branded and limited service hotels.

    Being hospitality people, we want to service as many of our client’s needs as possible and keep our Collective working

  • Since our clients are diverse, we have a range of positions from Sales & Events, Operations, and even Executive roles.

    We know each role in a hotel is key to the overall success, so no position is too big or small for us to provide.

  • From the Brooklyn Bridge, to the vineyards of Napa Valley, and the shores of Hawaii, our consultants have filled task force needs coast-to-coast across the U.S.

    If there’s a hotel in need, we’re there!

  • The length of the project ranges on why you’re filling the role.

    Sometimes you’re only covering a maternity leave role for a 3-month stint; other times a hotel might need a longer term commitment of 12 months to assist through an ownership/management change.

  • Great questions and we’re glad you asked. We only consider consultants with a minimum of 3 years experience in a managerial role.

    A previous task force role is preferred, but we do make exceptions for exceptional candidates.

  • Our task force consultants are turnkey professionals that hit the ground running from day 1 to keep operations running as smoothly as possible.

    Candidates who thrive have qualities like being able to upskill quickly into a market/role, adaptable to change, and can blend into any team culture.

  • This all depends on the need of the client and role you’re filling. Some roles, (like sales roles) are easily remote, so the hotel ships you a laptop and you get working.

    Other hotels and roles are more hands-on and require site visits, in-person staff development, and leadership presence.

  • We handle all of the financial details with the hotel; including collecting all of the payments.

    As a 1099 Contractor, you send us your W-9 form and invoice us bi-weekly and we handle the rest so you can focus on your project.
