  • Our recruiting team researches and identifies the market’s top 10 potential candidates for targeted outreach.

  • From there, we narrow it down to the top 3-5 highly qualified candidates by conducting an in-depth pre-screening process based on 20 years of hiring experience.

  • Every finalist undergoes a thorough reference check process before being presented to you.

Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and conduct pre-screening video interviews to assess qualifications and knowledge of position.

Identify top candidates and send summary, which includes reason of interest, current compensation, and other preliminary information identified.
